He’s a brilliant boy and now as I watch the videos and see him doing the things you have coached him to do, I am so intrigued and impressed.

“Working with Sandy has changed my entire life. I’ve gone from feeling morose, unmotivated and aimless to feeling as through I have a purpose. I am much more hopeful and the most driven I have felt since I was 18.

For my dog Charlotte, the work improved her life a ton. I’m sure the would not have made it to 16.5 without all the energy work, TTouch, flower essences and essential oils.

Prior to working with Sandy we’d tried using Valium for Charlotte’s anxiety as prescribed by the vet. But that gave her diarrhea so that didn’t last long.

For storms we created a ‘panic room’ in the bathroom blocking out the wind and lightening and trying to drown out the sound of thunder. It kind of worked.

As for me, like Charlotte I was a chronic worrier, also carrying alot of deep seated anxiety. In addition I felt stuck in a rut at work and lacked confidence and vision to move forward or even to see something else in the future.

TTouch, oils and essences were a regular part of daily life. I believe all that work helped stave off the cancer that finally emerged in her final days and led to a very peaceful transition.

While I am still grappling with the sadness and loss of Charlotte in the physical I am understanding now that they are still present but just in a different form.

I am still communicating with her all the time and learning from her. That dynamic has been the key to feeling more confident and self-assured. It has helped me focus more on the present and not worry so much about the future. I get a sense there is something else out there which gives me a feeling of hope.
